Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • good verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating assignments
  • maintain organized reservation and waiting lists
  • provide accurate wait time estimates and keep guests informed
  • coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly
  • manage the host stand and maintain cleanliness and order
  • uphold company standards for guest service and hospitality
