Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • Escort guests to their tables
  • Manage reservations and waiting lists
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance area
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff
  • Ensure guests have a satisfactory dining experience from start to finish
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and services
