Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations
- Escort guests to their tables ensuring comfort and satisfaction
- Manage seating arrangements to optimize dining flow
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Provide information about the menu and dining policies
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station
