Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in upscale or fine dining host role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • team player with a guest-first attitude
  • passion for great food and providing excellent service
  • familiarity with reservation and waitlist management systems

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • manage waitlists and reservation systems efficiently
  • provide guests with information about menu items and restaurant policies
  • coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • assist with managing guest flow during busy periods
