Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods

- Prior experience in upscale or fine dining host role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- familiarity with reservation and waitlist management systems
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- manage waitlists and reservation systems efficiently
- provide guests with information about menu items and restaurant policies
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- assist with managing guest flow during busy periods
