Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hosting role preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly first impression
- Manage reservations and wait lists efficiently to optimize seating
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve seating issues promptly and professionally
- Promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere aligning with company values
