Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hosting roles preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate with servers and other staff to optimize dining flow
- Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand area
- Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Assist in managing waitlists during busy periods
