Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hosting roles preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
  • Assist in managing waitlists during busy periods
