Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in upscale or fine dining hosting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a guest-first attitude
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Comfortable with multitasking and managing guest interactions calmly and efficiently

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and front entry
Communicate guest needs and special requests accurately to the service team
Assist guests with information about the menu, seating, and amenities
Monitor the flow of guests to optimize wait times and table turnover
Uphold the company’s "Be FAIR" ideals by providing friendly, accommodating, inclusive, and respectful service
