Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in upscale or fine dining hosting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a guest-first attitude
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable with multitasking and managing guest interactions calmly and efficiently

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
  • Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and front entry
  • Communicate guest needs and special requests accurately to the service team
  • Assist guests with information about the menu, seating, and amenities
  • Monitor the flow of guests to optimize wait times and table turnover
  • Uphold the company’s "Be FAIR" ideals by providing friendly, accommodating, inclusive, and respectful service
