Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Communicate guest needs and special requests to the service team
- Maintain an organized seating chart to optimize dining room flow
- Uphold company standards for hospitality and guest service
- Assist in ensuring a clean and welcoming host station area
