Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in upscale or fine dining host roles preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables ensuring comfort and satisfaction
- Provide accurate information about menu, services, and wait times
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth seating and flow
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold the company's standards for cleanliness and presentation in the host area
