Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • Escort guests to their tables ensuring comfort and satisfaction
  • Provide accurate information about menu, services, and wait times
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth seating and flow
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
