Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival
- Manage guest reservations and seating efficiently
- Maintain an organized and inviting host stand area
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating-related issues promptly
- Assist in managing waitlists during peak hours
- Uphold the company’s standards for guest service and hospitality
