Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a hospitality role preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet guests and provide a warm welcome as they arrive
  • manage seating arrangements and coordinate reservations efficiently
  • maintain accurate waitlists and update guests on estimated wait times
  • collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth table turnover
  • handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • enforce restaurant policies and maintain cleanliness in the host station area
  • contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by upholding company values
