- prior experience in a hospitality role preferred

Job Duties
- greet guests and provide a warm welcome as they arrive
- manage seating arrangements and coordinate reservations efficiently
- maintain accurate waitlists and update guests on estimated wait times
- collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth table turnover
- handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
- enforce restaurant policies and maintain cleanliness in the host station area
