Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hosting experience in upscale or fine dining preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and dining room capacity
  • Provide guests with accurate wait times and information
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to enhance guest experience
  • Uphold the company’s standards of hospitality and service excellence
