Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hosting preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide guests with information about the menu and restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth guest flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues amicably
- Uphold company standards for guest service and hospitality
