Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hosting preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • Provide guests with information about the menu and restaurant
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
  • Coordinate with serving staff to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues amicably
  • Uphold company standards for guest service and hospitality
