Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • excellent customer service skills
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
  • manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host area
  • provide accurate wait time estimates to guests
  • communicate guest needs and special requests to the service staff
  • assist in managing guest flow to optimize dining room seating
  • uphold the brand's standards for guest service and hospitality
