Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host area
- provide accurate wait time estimates to guests
- communicate guest needs and special requests to the service staff
- assist in managing guest flow to optimize dining room seating
- uphold the brand's standards for guest service and hospitality
