Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to providing outstanding guest service

Job Duties
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- assist guests with inquiries and requests promptly
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth dining operations
- handle guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- promote a positive and inviting atmosphere that reflects the upscale dining experience
