Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • commitment to providing outstanding guest service

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
  • assist guests with inquiries and requests promptly
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth dining operations
  • handle guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • promote a positive and inviting atmosphere that reflects the upscale dining experience
