Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities
Availability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior upscale or fine dining guest service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a host in upscale or fine dining restaurants preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player with a guest-first attitude

Passion for food and hospitality

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
Coordinate guest flow and wait times to optimize the dining experience
Maintain communication with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Address guest inquiries and special requests courteously
Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the host area
Assist in managing guest waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
