Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Availability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior upscale or fine dining guest service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
- Coordinate guest flow and wait times to optimize the dining experience
- Maintain communication with the service team to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest inquiries and special requests courteously
- Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the host area
- Assist in managing guest waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
