Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior upscale or fine dining guest service experience preferred

  • Prior experience as a host in upscale or fine dining restaurants preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
  • Coordinate guest flow and wait times to optimize the dining experience
  • Maintain communication with the service team to ensure smooth operations
  • Address guest inquiries and special requests courteously
  • Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the host area
  • Assist in managing guest waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
