Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills

  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests in a friendly and accommodating manner
  • manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
  • maintain a clean and organized host stand and lobby area
  • communicate effectively with wait staff and management to ensure smooth service flow
  • assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
  • monitor guest waiting times and provide updates accordingly
  • uphold the company’s standards for guest service and appearance
