Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle special guest requests with sensitivity
- Physical ability to perform host/hostess duties

Job Duties
- Greet guests as soon as they enter the restaurant with warmth and professionalism
- Seat guests ensuring fair rotation of cover counts
- Maintain cleanliness of menus and host stand area and ensure menus and wine lists are current
- Communicate special requests such as birthdays, anniversaries, and allergies to service staff
- Provide a warm welcome, name recognition, and fond farewell to members and guests entering and leaving
- Collaborate effectively with other service staff to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
