Job Requirements
- Able to work the required shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays
 - excellent communication skills
 - ability to stand for extended periods
 - friendly and approachable demeanor
 - previous experience in a similar role
 - high school diploma or equivalent
 
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant
 - strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
 - knowledge of customer service principles
 - ability to handle multiple guests and seating arrangements efficiently
 - basic knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is beneficial
 
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
 - seat guests and manage the seating chart
 - monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
 - perform opening and closing duties as needed
 - assist others with side work including cleaning and stocking
 - ensure knowledge of menu
 - respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner
 - assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships
