- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- prior hospitality experience preferred
- ability to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner
- ability to read, speak, and write English to comprehend guest requests, memos, and reservations
- ability to maintain a clean environment and ensure area is always organized
- ability to remember, recite, and promote a variety of menu items and multi-task
- ability to move through crowded rooms to seat guests
- ability to work POS system, Open Table computer, and cash handling experience preferred
- ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests, check reservations, and log arrivals
- answer phones and manage voicemail
- escort guests to their table, provide menus, and introduce their server
- maintain cleanliness of the work area
- handle reservations and arrangements for restaurant functions
- assist wait staff and bus staff as needed
- help with BEOs for private functions
- perform other duties as assigned
