Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be friendly and great with guests
  • Must be able to work on feet for extended periods
  • Strong guest and customer service skills
  • Friendly and people skills required
  • Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and use POS software systems
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
  • Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
  • Make small talk and learn guests’ names to personalize interactions
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized host stand area
  • Use restaurant POS software for managing floor seating and waitlists
  • Work collaboratively with servers, bussers, and management to ensure smooth service flow
  • Adapt to variable shifts including weekends and holidays
