Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willingness to take phone calls and handle guest requests professionally
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and professional demeanor
- basic knowledge of reservation and seating systems beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a prompt fashion
- help control the flow of the room by ensuring all guests are seated in appropriate sections for all servers
- take incoming phone calls and note reservations and special requests by guests
- take to go orders
- assist in table setting and general dining room maintenance during peak periods
- perform other duties as requested
