Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly, warmly, and with a friendly smile
- manage the seating chart to maximize table efficiency while maintaining a balanced flow for the service team
- answer phones professionally, take reservations, and provide accurate wait-time estimates
- maintain a clean and organized host stand, entrance area, and menus
- assist guests with inquiries about the menu, restaurant, and events
- communicate guest needs or special requests to servers and managers
- monitor guest satisfaction throughout the visit and thank them upon departure
- follow opening, closing, and side work procedures as assigned
