Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to follow company policies and regulatory guidelines
- pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- demonstrate ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels across the company
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills highly motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively
- strong communication and presentation skills
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- must pass a criminal background check
- willingness to comply with vaccination screening testing and PPE requirements when necessary
Job Duties
- Greet and seat residents and guests in a professional courteous manner
- monitor seating flow dining room services and food availability to ensure prompt and courteous dining service
- manage reservations
- handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and regulatory compliance
- perform and assist with pouring providing beverages and other service and bussing functions
- provide exceptional customer service
- assist with various restaurant staff when necessary
