Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to follow sanitary procedures and regulatory guidelines for food service
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents and guests
- Capability to manage seating flow and reservations efficiently
- Must be willing to comply with COVID-19 health and safety protocols if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels across the company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively depending upon circumstances
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Must pass a criminal background check
- May require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines
Job Duties
- Greet and seat residents and guests in a professional, courteous manner
- Monitor seating flow, dining room services and food availability on an ongoing basis to ensure prompt and courteous dining service
- Manage reservations
- Handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
- Perform and assist with pouring/providing beverages and other service and bussing functions as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with various restaurant staff when necessary
