Job Duties
- Greet and escort residents in all dining venues offering assistance as needed to enhance their comfort and satisfaction
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the daily menu and assist residents with their inquiries and making appropriate recommendations
- Assist with all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests
- Assist with cleanliness and proper table settings in all dining venues ensuring a pleasant and hygienic atmosphere
- Monitor the well-being of residents and promptly report any changes in condition to appropriate associates or departments prioritizing their safety and comfort
- Act as a liaison between guests residents and kitchen staff fostering effective communication for streamlined service delivery
