Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage seating arrangements and waitlists
- answer phones and assist with reservations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
- coordinate with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth service
- provide guests with menus and assist with inquiries
- thank guests and invite them to return
