Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide menu information and answer guest inquiries
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
