Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in computer use including reservation software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must be polite, hospitable, and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with guest-facing roles
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Ability to remain polite and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Manage reservations and seating using OpenTable
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor dining room flow and manage waitlists effectively
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain an organized and welcoming host station
- Multitask efficiently during peak hours
