Job Duties
- greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- manage guest seating efficiently to optimize dining room flow
- handle reservations and maintain organized seating charts
- provide exceptional customer service to address guest needs and inquiries
- coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely seating and service
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the hostess area
- assist with managing wait lists and communication with waiting guests
