Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be outgoing and personable
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with reservation and seating management software is a plus
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during busy periods
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming manner
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate guest seating efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Communicate promptly with front of house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with answering phone calls and handling inquiries
- Monitor waiting lists and provide accurate wait times to guests
- Support other front of house roles as needed
