- excellent communication skills via phone and in person with team members and guests
- demonstrable customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greeting and seating of guests
- managing reservations and the waitlist, controlling the flow of business
- knowledge of all opentable functions
- fulfill take out orders accurately including the collection of payment
- complete knowledge of restaurant offerings
- immediately report incidents of guest dissatisfaction, accidents, etc. to management
- check in service team members upon arrival and assist throughout shift
- sanitize high touch surfaces regularly
- complete bathroom checks every 30 minutes
- help maintain quality, cleanliness and service standards
