Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic knowledge of customer service principles
- reliable transportation to work

Job Duties
- serve as the customer’s first impression of service in the restaurant
- greet all incoming customers with a smile and by opening the door
- warmly invite the customer to find a table of their preference or show them to the waiting chairs, ensuring a short wait
- manage the order of waiting customers to ensure prompt seating as tables become available
- thank customers diligently as they leave and invite them to come back
- stock and maintain the self-service coffee bar for waiting customers
- hand menus to waiting customers and answer questions regarding the menu, food preparation, and wait times
