Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people
- willingness to learn about Waffle House’s menu and operations
Job Qualifications
- friendly and enthusiastic personality
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
Job Duties
- serve as the customer’s first impression by greeting all incoming customers with a smile and opening the door
- warmly invite customers to find a table or wait in designated seating areas
- manage the order of waiting customers to ensure prompt seating
- diligently thank customers upon departure and invite them to return
- stock and maintain the self-service coffee bar for waiting customers
- hand menus to waiting customers
- answer customer questions regarding the menu, basic food preparation, and wait times
