Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- jmanage the flow of guests by taking names, managing reservations, and estimating wait times
- escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements
- answer phone calls and inquiries regarding reservations and dining options
- maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system
- coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely seating and table turnover
- provide information about menus, specials, and dietary options
- anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance
- address guest concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues
- work collaboratively with teams and assist with bussing tables as needed
