Job Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  • jmanage the flow of guests by taking names, managing reservations, and estimating wait times
  • escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements
  • answer phone calls and inquiries regarding reservations and dining options
  • maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system
  • coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely seating and table turnover
  • provide information about menus, specials, and dietary options
  • anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance
  • address guest concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues
  • work collaboratively with teams and assist with bussing tables as needed
