Job Requirements
- Follow all training guidelines, instructions and service standards
- accurately take and input telephonic guest orders for food and beverage, including any modifications
- maintain a high level of accuracy entering discounts, coupons and payments
- complete assigned tasks to ensure appropriate stock or prep levels of products, clean and tidy work spaces, etc
- address guest needs and questions, including providing accurate information about menu items, allergens, and ingredients
- consistent, regular attendance as scheduled
- stand and walk up to 8 hours at a time
- lift and easily maneuver items up to 25 lbs to chest level or higher
Job Qualifications
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- basic computer skills
- ability to work evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- monitor phones and book reservations
- accept telephone and to-go orders
- coordinate all pick-ups and delivery orders
- assist service staff as needed
- provide accurate information about menu items, allergens, and ingredients
- maintain clean and tidy work spaces
