Job Requirements

  • Follow all training guidelines, instructions and service standards
  • accurately take and input telephonic guest orders for food and beverage, including any modifications
  • maintain a high level of accuracy entering discounts, coupons and payments
  • complete assigned tasks to ensure appropriate stock or prep levels of products, clean and tidy work spaces, etc
  • address guest needs and questions, including providing accurate information about menu items, allergens, and ingredients
  • consistent, regular attendance as scheduled
  • stand and walk up to 8 hours at a time
  • lift and easily maneuver items up to 25 lbs to chest level or higher

Job Qualifications

  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
  • monitor phones and book reservations
  • accept telephone and to-go orders
  • coordinate all pick-ups and delivery orders
  • assist service staff as needed
  • provide accurate information about menu items, allergens, and ingredients
  • maintain clean and tidy work spaces
