Job Requirements
- follow all training guidelines instructions and service standards
- accurately take and input telephonic guest orders for food and beverage including any modifications
- maintain a high level of accuracy entering discounts coupons and payments
- complete assigned tasks to ensure appropriate stock or prep levels of products clean and tidy work spaces etc
- address guest needs and questions including providing accurate information about menu items allergens and ingredients
- consistent regular attendance as scheduled
- stand and walk up to 8 hours at a time
- lift and easily maneuver items up to 25 lbs to chest level or higher
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- basic knowledge of food and beverage ordering processes
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- ensure friendly and helpful service
- proactively meet guest needs
- monitor phone calls and book reservations
- accept telephone and to-go orders
- coordinate all pick-up and delivery orders
- assist service staff as needed
- maintain clean and tidy workspaces
