Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Manage guest seating to optimize flow and minimize wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests
- Manage reservations and wait lists effectively
- Promote a positive guest experience through attentive and courteous service
