Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Must uphold company values of being friendly, accommodating, inclusive and respectful

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
  • Manage guest seating to optimize flow and minimize wait times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests
  • Manage reservations and wait lists effectively
  • Promote a positive guest experience through attentive and courteous service
