Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude and professionalism
Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of reservation and seating management

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure optimal flow
Maintain the waiting list and provide accurate wait times
Communicate effectively with servers and management to coordinate seating and special requests
Assist guests with any inquiries or special accommodations
Ensure the host stand and entrance area are clean and organized
Uphold company standards for guest service and hospitality
