Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas
- Assist in answering phone calls and managing reservations
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of wait times
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to enhance satisfaction
