Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or customer service roles preferred
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • positive attitude and reliable work ethic

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and courteously
  • manage seating assignments efficiently to optimize guest flow
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entryway
  • coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure timely seating and service
  • handle guest inquiries and reservations professionally
  • support the dining room team during busy periods
  • promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests
