Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- adequate vision to maintain cleanliness and operate touchscreen
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Desire to care for others, grow, and learn
- positive attitude
- reading, writing and verbal communication skills
- mobility required during entire shift
- ability to transport and carry objects such as highchairs up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift
- ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats
Job Duties
- Open door for guests arriving and departing
- accommodate any special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- manage the wait list when the restaurant is full
- provide guest assistance to servers as needed
- maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
- invite all guests back for another experience
