Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- eligibility to work in the United States
- previous service experience strongly preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong team player with positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality strongly preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- basic knowledge of reservation and seating systems helpful
- willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills
Job Duties
- greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm welcome
- manage seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
- assist with managing reservations and waitlists
- communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to coordinate guest seating
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
- support the overall flow and guest experience within the restaurant
