Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a host or in a customer-facing role preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage reservations and seating arrangements
  • answer guest inquiries about the venue and menu
  • maintain a clean and organized host station
  • coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
  • handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
  • support the team by assisting with other duties as needed
