Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive demeanor
- Basic cash handling skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash and payment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all customers immediately upon arrival and verify number in their party
- Determine special needs such as high chairs or special menus
- Suggest new menu items from limited time offerings
- Seat customers at tables or booths appropriate for their needs and those of the restaurant and introduce the feature of the day
- Collect payment from customers in accordance with established cash handling procedures and make correct change
- Handle incoming telephone calls immediately and take to-go orders as appropriate
- Assist service personnel in clearing and setting tables
