Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage waitlists and seating arrangements
- communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- assist with customer inquiries and concerns
- support front of house and back of house staff as needed
- uphold restaurant standards for guest service
