Job Duties
- greet and seat residents and guests
- provide menus and information about dining options
- answer initial questions from residents and guests
- answer incoming phone calls and coordinate call-ahead seating
- manage walk-in guests using reservation software
- process charges or meal credits using the point-of-sale system
- maintain a welcoming and hospitable dining environment
