Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Previous service experience strongly preferred but training will be provided
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and warm welcome
- Manage the seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover
- Assist guests with wait times and answer any questions about the restaurant
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize the dining flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Handle guest inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
- Support the team during busy periods and special events
