Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- Manage seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and services
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Support the team in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment
