Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon arrival and verify number in their party
- Determine special needs such as high chairs and special menus
- Collect payment from customers in accordance with established cash handling procedures
- Inquire about food/service satisfaction and handle customer complaints/suggestions appropriately
- Seat customers at tables or booths appropriate for their needs and introduce features of the day
- Keep hostess area stocked and clean, including to-go items and bakery products
- Handle incoming telephone calls and take to-go orders as appropriate
